We are currently experiencing unprecedented times, where the face and shape of almost every business has altered. AFP Edmonton is pleased to present Kristen Cumming of Cantos Performance Management who will speak about how to navigate through, and lead your team in such a volatile, uncertain environment. Please join us for this informative session that should provide some guidance and comfort as we navigate through this reality.

Kristen Cumming

Kristen Cumming is focused on improving the connection between people and their work. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Education degree in Workplace and Adult Learning.

Kristen spent eight years instructing with the Bachelor of Management Business Economics program at the University of Alberta – Augustana Campus and for the past 20 years has operated a successful consulting practice through which she serves as a speaker, facilitator and trainer on recruitment and retention, leadership and execution. She also manages Leadership Development for EPCOR.
