What attracted you to AFP?

The opportunity to help build the Treasury community in Edmonton and to network with my peers in the City.

What is your career and background?

I am a Finance Professional with experience working in the banking sector both in Nigeria and Canada where I help organizations to identify and manage Financial Risks.

What do you think AFP Edmonton brings to the community?

Finance professionals can keep up to date with current industry trends. It is also a community where finance professionals have the opportunity to network socially.

What is your role with AFP Edmonton?

I am currently a Volunteer member with the Board, helping out with planning events.

What is your favourite part of working with AFP Edmonton?

We have great team dedicated to bringing relevant information, events, and networking opportunities to our members.

Who is someone you admire or who inspires you and why?

Barack Obama; He broke the glass ceiling of what people thought could not be achievable.

What is an interesting fact about you?

I prefer Soccer (football) to Hockey.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about angel investing in the fintech space.
